Returns & Exchanges

Thank you so much for supporting my artwork. I truly hope each piece brings a sense of calm, beauty, and connection to your space.

If for any reason something isn’t right, please reach out. I want every collector to have a positive experience.

Original Paintings

Original artwork may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

  • Artwork should be carefully repackaged using the original packaging materials whenever possible.

Once the artwork is safely received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.

Please note that commissioned or custom artwork is non-refundable.

Fine Art Prints

Because prints are carefully produced just for you, all print sales are generally considered final.

However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. I’ll gladly replace the print at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and take a few clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. This helps with shipping claims and allows me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Color & Appearance

I do my very best to accurately photograph each piece, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or monitor settings.

Copyright & Image Use

All artwork, images, and designs remain the copyrighted property of the artist, even after the original artwork or print has been purchased.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer reproduction or copyright rights to the collector.

Collectors may enjoy and display purchased artwork in their homes or personal spaces, but the artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, scanned, altered, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.

This includes:

  • reproducing artwork for resale or merchandise

  • using images for commercial or promotional purposes

  • creating prints or copies of the artwork

  • altering or editing the artwork for redistribution

The artist retains the right to use images of all artwork for portfolio, website, marketing, social media, publication, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
